Company Infiniti has officially unveiled a conceptual coupe Q60. The production version of the car will go on sale in late 2016 and positioned as a successor to the G37. On the world market the novelty will be the main competitor of BMW M4. “Charged” version of the car will be presented in two years.
Under the hood, the machine is installed 3.0-liter turbo V6. The dynamic characteristics of the power unit is not yet known. However, the company stated that the engine delivers “exceptional performance”. According to unofficial data, the production version of the car will be equipped with the same engine capacity of 400 horsepower. Engine power “charged” modification will be increased to 450 horsepower.
Q60 length is 4690 millimeters, width – 1865 mm, and height – 1370 millimeters. Physical model is similar to the concept Q80 and the recent newcomer Q50 Eau Rouge. The Infiniti says that the model offers an uncompromising combination of stylish looks and speed. Q60 Coupe received a low-slung like Q80, the debut took place at the last Paris Motor Show. But the vents behind the front wheel arches have been taken from the model Q50 Eau Rouge.
Collect new Infiniti model will be at the plant in Sunderland (United Kingdom). In October last year it began construction of the enterprise – the company’s first plant in Europe.
